We hope not. But if you do need to complain, please use the contact us page, and supply your name and contact details and details of the date and item ordered if you placed an order. We will contact you to talk about your complaint within 2 working days (includes Saturday). We aim to deal with complaints to your satisfaction within 5 working days.
