Or you can telephone us on 020 8798 9218. We only deal in books currently in print which are available new in the UK. We do not supply secondhand books.
If you asked us to find you a book we will have told you when to expect delivery. Publishers vary in the time they take to send us books. For orders in stock, we offer next working day dispatch. For others, we aim to deliver your order within around 5 working days. If we are told by the publisher that there will be any delay to their normal supply time we will email you.
You can pay by credit/debit card etc on this website. You may also pay by cash, cheque, by asking your bank to transfer funds to our bank account or by UK postal order. Telephone orders by card are accepted on 020 8798 9218- leave your name and address (must be the address registered on the card), details of the book title and / or isbn and your email address. We will then email you an invoice which will contain a link for you to make a secure payment via NatWest Bank's payment system.
Note that we may contact you by email or phone as a security check if a telephone order is placed for confirmation your card is not being used fraudulently. We may also do this if the delivery address differs from the address given for yourself.If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we will let you have the relevant bank details on request.
Books are normally sent direct to you 1st class or by courier (over 1kg) from the warehouse. Where books are not sent from the warehouse because we obtain them specially we use normal UK first class post for UK purchases and Royal Mail International airmail services for sending items outside the UK.
